The One-Mile Linen Jacket by Artisan-Collage.
Made from 100% heavy-weight linen, this piece is constructed using overstock fabric originally produced for industrial use and later discarded. We sourced and repurposed these materials, giving new life to linen that would otherwise have been lost.
Because the fabric comes from limited overstock, production is naturally restricted—each batch is small and cannot be reproduced once the material is gone.
The linen itself reflects an earlier era of textile production. It is noticeably heavier and denser than most modern linen, with a texture and weight that would be difficult to achieve today due to rising material costs. Over time, it softens while retaining its structure, developing a unique character with wear.
Finished with vintage metal buttons, each one slightly different, adding subtle individuality to every piece.
The fabric is washed during the dyeing process to enhance its natural texture, and it can be hand-washed at home for easy care.
A practical jacket, made with intention—built to be worn daily and age well over time.
